First time I've used this app. The taxi came within minutes and it's one of the few taxi services that lets you pay by card.
This is by far the worst taxi company in Torun! Ordered a taxi on the app. Got a message saying it was on its way and it'll be with me in 7 mins. 20 mins later it still hadn't come, so I called them. A woman told me it would be there in 2-3 mins. 15 mins later it still wasn't here! So 35 mins and nothing! Eventually called the much more reliable Copernicus Taxi and they came immediately. Rubbish company...avoid Hallo Taxi at all costs!!
